ORA-01578:Oracle Data block corrupted!

i was going to drop a user then I get this error message.
how can i fix this error to be able to create the same user and import a database using this user?
please help me!

This error sounds quite serious, and I would suggest you contact Oracle support. I wouldn't be surprised if you had to do a database recovery to a point before the corruption happened. Oracle support can advise you about the best course of action.
