ORA-01408 Error No data found

hi
I have a procedure say video_checkout(ssn,vno,'paidflag')
i have data in customer and video table.
when i enter the existing data in procedure video_checkout, i get this error"NO DATA FOUND"
its giving me a line number 69 in the procedure, but i checked it, its nothing there
so any help with the same will be appreciated.
