ORA-00600 [4454] error on Oracle 8.1.7.4 (Version 2)

Now can you please advice me on ORA-0600 [4454] [4414] [1236] on 8.1.7 (AIX platform) while executing a packaged procedure.
And this packaged procedure is supposed to run 24 X 7.

what are expecting people to tell you? rt*m!

this is THE most generic error Oracle can throw. vi the user process' trace file and either open a tar w/support (which is what the book says), rearchitect your app around it (if OSS can't and probably won't be able to help you) or get over it!
