Is anyone aware of a audio converter to change OPUS files over to WAV's?

Not done it myself but have a look at Audacity

They're not encrypted if you download them using one of the proper interfaces.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

Proper interface? I haven't found one yet. I found a player that plays OPUS files and it wouldn't play the VMPro OPUS files.
The only way I found is to use the Avaya tool.
If there is a player or app that will play these I would be interested

Like .clp files. You have to use SysmonDB to covert them.

I would be interested finding a converter that would work. I haven't been able to either.

Attached an Avaya tool that will convert OPUS to wav.
It is also a tool similar to debugview for Linux Server and Application server.

Choose open file and select the Opus file you want to convert. Save as...

Appreciate your input. Worked like a champ. Can play the OPUS file and/or save as a WAV. Exactly what I've been looking for.

You can also change the format in root.

opus files are hashed (encrypted) by default now
Solution
Edit vmpro_settings.ini using CLI as root to change recordings to WAV format (insecure).
# nano /etc/vmpro_settings.ini
Change to (default is Y): UseOpusForRecordings=N
Save file (CTRL + X, Y, ENTER), then restart voicemail pro services
# service vmrpo restart

Hello iPods. Can you tell me where I can find the resourcelog tool in the Avaya portal? I am we are business partners with sso access

You can also set the file format to WAV in Web Manager/Voicemail Pro System Settings/. Change the "Archive Solution" to EXTERNAL
