Opton 61C route incoming call (10 digit) to meridian mail?

basically, what we are trying to do is have the PBX (option 61c) system receive a 10 digit phone number and make a routing descision based on that number. If it comes from my cell phone for example, I am going to want it to route to my mailbox. Would this be possible and what are the steps in getting this done.
