Wonder if anyone can help. I am using optivity 10 on Windows 2000 to monitor a passport 8600 with v3.1.5 code. If i try to monitor MLT stats using omnivew the counters never move, yet if I telnet onto the 8600 and use "sho mlt stat info" all looks OK. Also I am experiancing difficulties usng RMON on the MLT links. Has any one got any ideas. Ive scoured Nortels web site but can find nothing except that 3.1.5 code has disapeared from the software. Is it a Optivity incompatibilty or is it the 8600 code that is faulty. Any help would be appreciated.

PS I know I cant spell...Im a techy....

Hi:
For RMON monitoring, what version of JDM are you using?
JDM 55600 is out.
I would suggest upgrading code to 3.2.2 at least.

Good luck Rick Harris

Hi ,

I know that optivity has problems with MLT , DMLT and SMLT , I heard that this problem will be solved in 10.1 expected to be out next month.
