optivity switch manager ?

Hello guys , we are running the above switch manager ver3.0.0.0 when upgrading firmware to our BPS,s we put in our bossXXXX.img and works a treat ,BUT how do we upgrade the diag file ie: boss3005_diag.bin. ??
We tried it in the image field but doesnt work and tried it in the "450/mix stack" field ,still doesnt work,also tried the two files seperated with a comma in the image field .still no joy.
Any help much appreciated,

I am also running 3.0.0.0 code on OSM.
plug in info in tftp server area
in the action box click on "dnldFw" this is for your diag or bin image. then where it says Image filename browse for the bossxxx.bin and voila! schdule or download on the spot.

you don't need 450image mix stack unless your are doing a hybrid. but it doesn't sound like it.
