Optivity NMS 9.0.1 Threshold Mgr Error (NT)

In Optivity NMS 9.0.1 (NT4SP6) I try to use the Threshold Manager Tool in order to define some raising and falling values to trap some events on different interfaces for Baystack 450.

The Threshold manager launches well, but after defining my threshold (with raising and falling values) it refuses to apply it on my equipment with error THD-045.

Have you ever been confronted with such a problem ?
Could you please help 'cause I get no valuable info from Nortel and Optivity documentation ?
