This is a straight-forward question. I am a vendor and the client has asked me the following 2 questions regarding Optivity's Call Database Editor:
'Upon deletion of a call record:
a. Is that call record lost forever? And;
b. When you delete a call record - could that
action send out any 'bells and whistles' to
notify all administrators of OTM that a
record was - in fact - tampered with?
