Optivity and services

I have Optivity NMS release 10.1 installed in a Windows 2000 Server and when I try to lunch the command optivity_apps stop I get the error:

C:\>optivity_apps stop
0

operable program or batch file.

does anyone know what is happening?

Do you have the Optivity bin files in your path statement ?

'net' is a windows executable. check if you have c:\winnt\system32 in your path
