I agree with John Poole that Optivity can be (is) quirky. I have roughly 5-6 years experience with this application but have yet to find an answer to the simplest questions - not even in the NTP's.

I would like to know - from anyone who might know - if Optivity could run reports based on:
Most Minutes - or - Most Long Distance Calls by Extension - or - Most International Calls by Dept - or - Calls with Longest Duration for a period of time. I know other Call Accounting Softwares do these things......does Optivity have these capabilities? Would love to put these queries to rest. Thanks for any information, guys.
