Optivity 10.0 Reporting

Hi Guys,

I am trying to generate reporting from the oracle db that optivity uses. The sort of reports I am wanting to generate are monthly fault summarys etc.

I would like to access the db directly using sql... does anyone know what the password is to access the db?? It is not the NT account as I have tried this, oracle will have a native login.
