Does anyone know how to set up a Manager/Secretary relationship using Optipoint 500 ADVANCE with 1 manager and 2 secs on an iSDX-L? The manager wants to divert his calls to sec A during the working day, so that the calls can be answered by either sec., filtered then passed back to the manager if required.

the answer to your problem is in the form of a multiline group.

use LMLG to locate a spare group number

use RMLG to enter the 3 extn numbers in to the group, they will then be able to monitor/divert/transfer to each other at a push of a button.

E.G.

Manager is extn 2000

Sec 1 is 2001

Sec 2 is 2002

Multiline group no.21

Commands as follows

RMLG 21 1 2000 y

RMLG 21 2 2001 y

RMLG 21 3 2002 y
