I have a OptiPoint 410 economy and a optiPoint 420 standard.
410 version V5 R6.7.0 HFA, 420 version V5 R6.5.0 HFA.
The HiPath 3800 is version V9 R2.9.0_096.
The HG1500 is version V9 R2.11.0.
It looks like the devices are registered on the HiPath but when I try to dial an extension I can only enter the first two digits.
After the third digit the first two are only displayed on the first line and on the second line is displayed 'Directory?'. After a few seconds 'Currently not possible' and a busy tone.
If I dial to the extension from a Openstage 15T I get the message 'Busy'.
We also have SIP extentions (with terminals from other manufactors) who work okay.

I was wondering if another (newer?) firmware for the optiPoints would help, but the firmware is not available anymore on Unify SW Download Server.

What could be wrong?

The latest firmware (V5 R7.1.0) was the solution!

Thanks for letting everyone know and I'm glad you got it sorted out !
