Options to Monitor call from console

Looking for ideas of how to "share" a call from an console in a emergency situation, without transfering or having the calling party know. Kinda like a NHC for the console.

Any thoughts?

You just dial the person you want to help, and loop in again - then it's a 3 way call.

The console is kinda of NHC by default.

You're right it isn't perfect - but just create a DN that people know not to answer with "Helllooooo"

Thanks GH, I will have to go and try this, as I thought the calling party would hear the ringback.

They only hear the ring if you "Loop In" or Release before the called party answers.
