Options tab missing in word 2002

Hi,

I have noticed that the options tab is missing in word2002
i have checked all the office Group policies and i see nothing that resembles hiding the options tab.
Tools is visible and all other tabs underneath tools are visible EXCEPT options.

Does anyone have an idea what the problem could be?

Hi,
Are you in a protected document?
Have you restarted Word and/or Windows?
Have you tried using the Detect and Repair under the Help menu?

Maybe these are a start...
