Options - "Do not deliver until" not working

I have an employee who is setting the "do not deliver until" option, but it's not working. I did a test (only a few minutes ) and that worked, but when we set the option on one of her messages, it won't send when the time comes.
She has messages that have to go out on a certain day each month, so the setting we used was one month out etc.

Not sure why it worked for our few minute test, and not for the one month and out test.

Any ideas?

Check with your Exchange Administrator. They can check to see if the message is still sitting in the queue.
