Options for upgrading to 6.0.3

I have a client that has a ACS 4.0 He needs External call forwarding and wants to use an 012 card so I need to upgrade the software. I have used a one time upgrade card in the past. I have also seen some mulituse upgrade cards being offered for sale. Are they legal Cards? Is there any other way of upgrading these systems? Advice would be helpful.

It is my understanding that upgrade cards can be used 1 time only.
