Options disabled in InoculateIT 6.0

Hi,
When I usually install Etrust InoculateIT 6.0 on workstations, and I try to show the items available in Realtime monitor, it looks fine, but after a while and I don't know when, suddenly some options in RealTime monitor disabled exactly "Disabled Realtime - Monitor Incoming Files - Monitor Outgoing Files - Monitor Both Directions and Snooze"

Do you have a policy configured on the server that these workstations are subject to ? This would cause the local settings to change at the workstation as the server would eventually implement the policy on the machines.

have you tried changing theses setting from the admin server sounds like you have the realtime policy locked so that users cannot turn off the service. Check for policies that are applied to the branch that the machine resides in
