Below is a message I received from one of my users. This same thing has been experienced by a few others. Any ideas?
"I’m having an issue again with my voicemail greeting changing from my optional greeting back to the main personal greeting automatically. I don’t know at what point the greeting got changed, but I set my optional greeting on Thursday and today, when I went to change the greeting back to the personal greeting, it had already been changed."
