Option11c EXT forward 1

We are getting one of our DID's ported to a cell phone.
In the Option 11c can we have the extension that is part of this DID auto-magically forward out?

DID = 555-555-5288
Ext = 288

Cell phone becomes 555-555-5288
we would like when someone uses a phone on the Option 11c and dials 288 that it sends them outside the system to the cell phone.
Would just having ext 288 forward to that number work? If so is there a way to do that without 288 being tied to a TN?

There are two ways Trevor

The first one is to set up a Phantom DN where the call forward goes to your call phone.
You need to have CLS = CFXA. You might need to create the Phantom loop first.

The other way is to create in LD 23 an ACD queue of 228 and make sure the NCFW is set to the cell phone.
You might need to add in your access code first in the dialling string such as "9" etc.
