option11c, CP1.07 dial by name 1

this system supports 2 companies
AA1 and AA2
Usergroup1 and UG2

when calling AA1, we can dial by name for UG1 and UG2
when calling AA2, we can dial by name for UG1 only

Dial by number works in both cases ...

any help/ suggestions appreciated

check the restriction/permission list assigned the dial by name box for the aa you want to change in the application builder.

only if you put the first name in the last name location. You may then need to modify the voice mail prompt to say start spelling first name.
