Option to choose from different parameters

I have one report that I need to be able to query using different parameters at different times. For example, I may want to query by either Permit Number, Street Address, Street Name, or Block. All of these parameters are valid fields in the report but how to I run it using just one of the parameters and get it to ignore the others?

You could have a default value of "ALL" for the parameters.

And in your record selection:

if ?parm1="ALL" or tablename.fieldname = ?parm1
