I have a simple question. I have an form that has an option group. In the option group, 0 = N/A, and 1 = Unacceptable, etc. I want to show the results in a report. I want it to show N/A or Unacceptable instead of 0 or 1. How do I do this?

You can add a textbox to your report and set the control source to:

[tt]=Choose([option field name]+1,"N/A","Unacceptable","etc")[/tt]

PS You have set your post to Book/Article, Question would have been more suitable.
