option group layout problem

Within my subreport detail section there are 3 fields; Field1 (text) & Field2 (memo) are left justfied and 4" wide. Each has can grow, can shrink = yes. Field3 lies immediately to the right as an Option Group frame with 5 options listed.

DESIGN of Subdetail:
Field1 (text) Field3 (frame)
blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, 5-Outstanding
blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, 4-Above Average
blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, 3-Average
blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, 2-Below Average
Field2(memo) 1-Failing
blah, blah, blah, blah, blah,
blah, blah, blah, blah, blah,
blah, blah, blah, blah, blah,


ISSUE:
If Field1 or Field2 grows to accomdate length the layout of Field3 gets whacked by expanding.

EXAMPLE OF ISSUE
Field1 (text) Field3 (frame)
blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, 5-Outstanding
blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, 4-Above Average
blah, blah, blah, blah, blah,
blah, blah, blah, blah, blah,

Field2(memo) 1-Failing
blah, blah, blah, blah, blah,
blah, blah, blah, blah, blah,
blah, blah, blah, blah, blah,

How can I prevent Field3 from formatting the way it does whenever Field1 or Field2 grows?

You could place the memo field text box below the bottom of the field3 frame. Another option might be to use a subreport for field3.
