Hi,
The problem with this option button is that everytime I try to click on it, it doesn't get selected. What I mean selected is that it should have black dot on it. Instead, all the option buttons are without the dots even if I tried to select any of them.

What is the problem?

Are you using anything for the ControlSource for the option group, and if so, what?

One theory is that your underlying ControlSource is read-only.

Another is that you have some method code (perhaps in the Click or InteractiveChange method) that is circumventing the normal behavior.
Robert Bradley

<a href= - Visual FoxPro Development
Hi. Thanks for the reply.

Actually, the controlsource contains one of the field in my table ie. (student.sex). I mapped the field type to Optiongroup class when I created my table.

The controlsource is not read-only. Even when I tried to add record to my table, the field (student.sex) does not let me click on it.

There is no code at all in any of the methods for that field. Could the problem be in the table itself? Or is there supposed to be any codes that I should add in before using the optiongroup button?

RESCUED - Did you ever solve this problem? I'm experiencing the exact same thing right now.
