Is anybody know how to program Meridain option 81C PBX system to connct differennt vendor phone system's voice-mail. I connected two system through T1/PRI card.

That's kind of a vague question. You would program it differently for different voice mail systems. Usually the VM manufacturer will have documentation on how to integrate their product with the various PBX systems.
