Option 81c Rls 6 hangs LD 43 and 137

I have a 81c running rls 6 that is not completing back-up's and just "hangs" in LD 43 you can not do a DAT or EDD etc, Also in LD 137 'stat cmd reads part of the FMD and 'hangs" both do nothing until they time out about 15 min or so. I know I need to reload with a new compact flash, but can I get any current files from pdt, like database.rec, node.rec, config.rec, Any thoughts?

There should be a recent backup on the compact flash in the faceplate, right?

Should is the key word!!! I just got back from vac to have this dropped on me! I guess they will be hitting the keyboard.

There is a way through PDT to get the database.rec file, unfortunately, I don't know how to do it. Welcome back

In what step of EDD its getting stuck ?
can you send us the Capture of EDD ? I think it might help to understand youre problem

I have had the same thing happen with 5.5.
LD 43
EDD
(then it just hangs there no data dump)

I opened a ticket with Avaya and the only way we finaly corrected it was to do an INI.
At least if they didn't do alot of changes since the last completed data dump you want be to bad.

Take a look also if you run Data Dumps during Midnight Routines look at the history and if like mine it did not run then either while it was locked.
