Hi Guys
Question. I have an option 81. I have a user saying her call waiting does not work. My question is, does a 500/2500 set remove this option from a 2616 set.
she has a 2616 display set that was working fine. I created a 500/2500 companion set for her same number.
She is now telling me her call waiting does not work.
I have looked at the class of service in both the 500 and 2616 set and cant seem to find a problem.
I know you lose privacy release when you add a 500/2500 set to the same DN. I was wondering if you lose call waiting for some reason ?
