option 73 and 75 in a mailbox

I every one,

I need somme help with my call pilot. Normaly, when a user is in his mailbox he can do 73 to transfert a mesage to an other mailbox or 75 to send a message to a distribution list. I don't know why but it is not working now. The call pilot tell me that the message is send when I do 79 but it is not true. I don't know what to do.

7 3 is Forward a message
7 5 is Compose a message
7 9 is Send a message

after sending you can press 0 for message optionss

1 is urgent on/off
3 is economy on/off
4 is private
5 is acknowledge on/off
6 is time delivery
7 is add atachment
