Option 61C System ID...how? 2

I am working with an AE to help an end-user sell their Option 61C system. The buyers I am working with are looking for the "Switch ID Number", or system serial number off this system. They say that this information will provide them all of the information needed to generate a quote for the system...so without it we are at a stand-still. I am not familiar with this process... can anyone help explain to me how to tell the client or AE how to obtain this information or point me to something that will elaborate it? Go to ld 137 and type SDID this will print the Security Dongle Identification of your switch.
