How or what command structure lists out the different ACD Groups setup on PBX?

Let me know. We are migrating to VoIP shortly and need the current information.

Thanks,

Joel

You'll probably need more than ACD info, but here it is:

LD 23
REQ PRT
TYPE SCB

LD 23
REQ PRT
TYPE ACD

LD 23
REQ PRT
TYPE CDN

Thank you I appreciate the support...

This was all good. I would like to print out the ACD Information by Name - Function - Feature, possibly. Can anyone help with this.

Thanks...

What name, function, and feature do you mean? You printed everything the PBX has to offer.

I need help with the following command on our PBX.

ld 23
REQ PRT
TYPE SCB

I get the following after I enter TYPE SCB. CUST <enter>
SCH0274.

Please advise.

Thanks,

The SCB is only for ACD Statistical Reporting. It isn't required to make ACD phones work.

Is there a way I can analyse that active queue's?

Thanks,

you can prt them as DNBs in ld 11 and it will list all the posid/tnb accociated with said queue. Once on key zero, it will remain until a diff queue is assigned to the key.

You can analyze the call volume if you: Define the SCB, create an ACD Reports TTY, and collect the data on a regular basis.

I bet what your seeing is more ACD queues than you expected. On the Queues that have MAXP=1, assume those are just "Phantom DNs" made the old fashioned way.

so command structure will be as follows:

ld 11
prt
dnb

What will this show I'm a newbie here so asking silly questions.

Thanks,

Big-I was not posting how to get statistics. He was posting how to get a list of the Agents in each queue

LD 20
REQ PRT
TYPE DNB
DN <---- Enter the "ACDN" you got from LD23

You also need a set of books - get them here:

your asking for symposium reports.. it's a stand alone server that controls call flow via scripts and has 10k report options..

add a sch b, add a tty and modify your acd groups the rpt yes return then the tty number and you will get basic reports..

I'm thinking he's looking for something in the PBX to tell him what the queues are for....

Unless they have a name assigned to them, you can really only call and test to determine what each queue is for.

Exactly MagnaRGP Right on. I believe this is the path I neet to take.

Thanks for the input.
