You mentioned that you have a Pentium 2 (CPP) processor with a floppy disk.

These processor cards have (I think?) a 1 gig CF card inside on the Motherboard. From memory, you require the floppy disk with the boot up installation on it and the CD-ROM needs to have the software on it and already inserted in the slot as you power up.

Have you got the V03.00 installation floppy disk?. I have attached the file that needs to go on the floppy disk.

Hello ! Thank you for your help. I have a floppy disk and CD with software, but when i try
load this software i receive the situation with system reboot. I insert the floppy and cd disk and run the bootload and recieve always NT5350 . I use a new hard disk with format FAT. I readed the forum and peoples has same problems with hard disk, but they can reads old disk and transfer data to new and only then they could load the software. Maybe i do wrong format hard disk or something wrong do. Thank you for file.

Your floppy disk might be corrupted and I would try and format another floppy disk using the file I sent you as there were two releases issued for the CPP processor at version 03.00.

Having said that above, I've done a search and found this useful fault report below.

Problem
CPP2 Processor NT4N64 won't reboot
Fails to reboot and gives error - NT5350 Booting Please Wait...

Solution
Had a problem where a CPP 2 processor failed and wouldn't reboot.
With the system in SPLIT and a laptop connected to the problem side via J25 a manual reload of the CPP2 resulted in the error :- NT5350 Booting Please Wait...
The reload would never complete.

From the Nortel solutions page it suggests that the MMDU is in a confused state and should be powered down.

This was done and the problem with the off-line CPP2 reload was resolved

I am maked 3 flopy disk from your file, and power down system, but nothing be change. Do you have any recomendation how step by step system recovery. Maybe i need check something also.

Yes. The original flopy disk was corupted , and i created new booting diskete, but something maybe wrong.

You should get some indication that you are loading off the install disk F0---try putting the original MMDU back in and see if you get the install menu. That will at least let you know if the disk is being read.

Hello! The hard disk is damaged.
I did it before. I insert a floppy disk, and nothing happens.
Now I have a new disk with FAT format, but I think that the disk should have a different format or have special software. Someone has a disk with another Meridian software for the write bits and run.
