Option 61 linking with Springer Miller call accounting

We Have a option 61 and 4 years ago they turned off the springer miller system for the hotel. The springer miller used to turn on the room phones and track the calls made. After it was turned off I went into cls and turn off the control class of survice. Now 4 years later they want to turn it back on. I have checked all my tty ports and they are all turned on. I went back into cls and turned on ccsa, the problem is the interface between the springer miller and option61 is not turning on and off the room phones or updating the room names. The interface for the call accounting is working fine. Any ideas on what I can check to track the trouble down.

dis and enl the tty port, maybe it only thinks it's up??

I have tried that it has not made a difference.
