option 11c unstable after upgrade to 4.50W

The system keeps re-initialising after the upgrade to 4.50W.
just before the restart the system generates the error CRMN001 High Call
Register Usage PCNT used 98.

Work performed : The NCR and CSQI values were increased to 2000 and although it
decreased the frequency it continues on a daily basis

Comments/History:

The BIOS had already been upgraded by the engineer when upgrading the system.

My understanding of the PABX as it is right now is as follows:-

Option 11C with 5 cabinets @ 10 slots. Ie. 50 slots with close to 43 used

They already have:-
¿ 384 digital extension ports
¿ 96 analog extension ports
¿ 150 channels of ISDN PRA / QSIG / MCDN ie. 5 E1 ports
¿ 40 analog trunk ports
¿ 12 port Meridian Mail Voice Mail system
¿ 30 ACD agents
¿ 30 agent Symposium Express Call Centre
¿ 6 port MIRAN
Besides this they extensively use the Speed Call and the Authorization Code
features for all their users and they have quite a few. Also note that the speed
dial numbers are fairly long international numbers.

do you have call pilot? as your ment to increase the csqi by 2x the number of CP channels & on the upgrade i have seen this default.????

Remember if it doesn't work hit it harder
