I have a customer that recently switched their Ground Start trunks to a new line provider. Ever since the switch, I keep getting TRK 153 grounding error messages on several trunks and the operator is complaining about "phantom calls" (the phone rings one time and no one is there). I have ckecked for polarity errors and have not found a problem. The software is Release 20, Issue 22. Any Ideas??
