Option 11c Startup Problem BUG7429

I have an option 11c that I just got from another site, I have all the required passwords however when I boot up the option 11 I have the following problem:

Warm Start begun - reason 49

This just keeps looping forever as such I am never able to issue the logi / pass command to do anything.

Does anyone know what is causing this or how to fix it, seems a little hard to do anything without being able to log in.

Did the "OS Restart" circular appears?If so maybe the SW daughtboard was bad.You need to change a SW daughtboard and reinstall the SW by PCMCIA,but you must have the keycode for this system.

either that or a bad ssc card..i've had, once, a bad key code do that..
