option 11c Remote carrier card

I have a site that has an Option 11c with a remote carrier card from an Option 81, they have been dropping calls lately and I will need to reseat the card this weekend. What load do i disable the card in and what is the process in reseating this card? Any help

ld 60 disl x to disable a t1 card. might try lcnt in that load to check the alarms levels. reseating fixes very few problems

The carrier remote is disabled in LD 32 like anyother loop. DISL XX XX is the loop number for the remote.
