When the receptionist transfer the outside call to the extension. Try to press 0 to return to the reception. The message is "press incorrect key"

In each mailbox you will have to set up the revert DN. It is not automatically set. Each user can set it through the mailbox menus or you can set it through the GUI.

Can you guide me some steps? is that attendent destination?

Thanks,

When you go to your own mailbox through the GUI, go down the list of entries until you find revert DN. Enter whatever number you want and save it. If the operator is 0, enter that, or just to test, you can enter any extension.
Call the operator, have them transfer you to your own ext, when it gets to your voice mail, press 0 and see what happens. It should go to whatever number you entered.

I could not see the revert DN

ok from your phone: log in to voice mail, press 8 0 follow the instructions to change the operator assistance number.

when I press 8 the system said "your mailbox number is..." and "your alternate number is..." and goes back to main menu. We have octel voice mail system

Thanks,

Sorry I just assumed you had one of the Nortel Voice Mail systems. Never worked on Octel but I can only imagine you would be looking for something similar, maybe the Attendant Destination from your list above?

It looks more like this and the Attendant Destination is blank. Fix that.
