OK, we're going crazy trying to delete a DTI loop on our Option 11C's!
Part of our curriculum includes building a T1 between student booths and programming a tie trunk. We would like to have the students start the exercise with no DDB's in the system.
When we're in LD 73 and trying to add a DDB (REQ: New), we can't. We can use CHG. The docs state that you can't delete the DDB when you have active DTI loops.
Question is, how do delete the loops and then the DDB?

We've tried many commands (DISL, DISC, DIS CC), but nothing works.

Any tips will be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

Go to load 60 and disable the DTI loop. Then ""out" it. Then go to load 73 and "out" the DDB.

Hope that helps,

Jim

You will also have to go to ld 14 and out the t/ns for the loop.

Thanks, All!
Right after I posted my message, I figured out how to delete the loop. We just installed rel 24.50 and the clock prompts are somewhat different because of the IP Survivorbility option. Also, I found, by listing all routes, digital trunks scattered all over the place in 3 different routes.
I deleted all the trunks, deleted the routes, deleted the clock source (CC 0 X)
and was finally able to delete the DDB by setting DLOP in LD 17 to X1 (slot 1).

Thanks to all!
This is a really good site and your help is appreciated.
