Option 11c db50 Amp to AMP - 16 ports ??

Does anyone know where I can get (if indeed it exists) a solution to replace a NE-A25B SE, where I will get a cable and a 16 port patch panel (Db50 both ends) (seeing as the digital line cards are 16 ports a piece)?? (my intention is to rid myself of any kroning)

I have never seen that.
This is something we make everyday on site at the customer.
But we have to patch everything up ourselfs.
Just to bring the right length of cable and the right panel.
Doesnt take long.
