Is there an easy way to initialize the customer database in an Option 11C? Our Nortel instructors would like to start each new class with an empty database, but we can't figure out how to "flush" it. We would like to get rid of any student data entry easily.
Thanks to all in advance!

Start with a clean data base and back up to pcmcia card. After class turn the switch off install the pcmcia card and boot up from there. That will load the clean data base to the hard drive.

1brc, we just had all 14 11C's upgraded to rel 25.40 by an outfit called "Presidio". They couldn't do a clean upgrade because the upgrade program insisted that they back up the config before continuing. That config was restored after the upgrade.
At least we know that the restore only contained a few student db changes and getting to a clean backup shouldn't be a problem when the class is over.

Thanks for the help!
