Option 11C Clock Issue

Getting DTA301 5 and DTI061 errors on my Option 11C, CC light flashing green on PRI card on slot 5 which has the clock controller on it. Below is a dump from SSCK 0, Ld60.

DO a LCNT and post it....I would start by calling your service provider to open a ticket on the T1 line.

I had a similar problem on an option 11c, DASS circuit on a NTAK79 card, I replaced the card and this fixed the problem.
However subsequent testing on the 'faulty' card, didn't reproduce the error, so maybe disabling, reseating, and enabling the card might work.

LD 60 do "rcnt" then "trck pck" then "ssck 0" is itr no tracking on loop 5. Next keep doing LD60 "lcnt 5" are you getting errors against that loop?

Give it a bit of time are errors clocking up is the clock still on PREF?

Reseated CC card and PRI, Clocking is now tracking and no errors! THANKS!
