Option 11C Callers List

Can someone advise when the callers list feature was introduced? I have an old 11C rls. 24.something and I'm struggling to get the callers list to work on the 3904 sets. I'll continue to bang away at it if I can confirm that release supported CL. Thanks.

That's funny as I have a Succession 1000S running 4.50w with the same problem on it's 390x phones since they had a power cut some weeks ago. I've rebooted the system last weekend without any luck.

I've been told that the IP phones have their details stored on the Sig Server, but I'm sure that the personal callers list is located on the SSC card for the Taurus digital wired phones.

I was wondering if it's a file within "pdt" etc?.

Logging needs to be turned on at the phone.Firebird: your logging may need turning back on if the phones lost power, they may be set to default now.
