Hello, I have been experimenting the same problem every day with and old Option 11 that I have to manage at job. I know that if a user lets his phone not hanged correctly during night, next day it is necessry to enable his extension again by enlu command, but I have been experimenting this behaviour with 3 differents extensions on the same card. Is there some command that I am missing to solve this more that enlu and .edd to save changes on Hard Drive? Or can be some card problem... The problematic extensions are 6 02, 6 14 and 6 15.

Any help will be very appreciated.

Thanks.

First thing I would check is that the amphenol plug for slot 6 is fully plugged in under the card. TNs can disable because of bad wire connection and these are all connected through that plug. If that doesn't fix it then try reseating the card.
Also, there is no need to .edd after the enlu. The status of the TN is not saved in a data dump.

have a look at the firmware on the affected sets assuming their digital, run a "FDLF TN" in either 32 or 20, the firmware upload will take about 20 mins per TN & don't touch the set until its completed

Remember if it doesn't work hit it harder

Try adding FLXA and VCE to the problematic phones ( in the TN class of service ). This will prevent them from being disabled during the PBX midnight returns which sounds like is what is happening in your case.
