Option 11 traffic study.

Is there an easy way to collect call counts to a voicemai dn (acd) besides CDR? I would need to see all traffic that hits the pilot number- answered or abandonded internal and external.
I need to do this for 1 week and was looking for the best way.

If you have OTM and the packages you can run all sorts of traffic analysis, most used functions keys, etc etc. I am fairly sure with a little playing with it you can find a way to collect the info you are looking for. Build a filter for it and start your traffic collection and end dates/time.
