Option 11 T1's Disable

Scenario:
Option 11 connected to Cisco router via several T1 interfaces. When maintenance is done on router and a reboot of the router is required, by the time the router reboots, the T1's on the Option 11 sometime become disabled.

How or what parameter can be changed in the Option 11 to stop this from happening? I assume the switch sees several errors and then disables the DTI.

try to set in LD73 LPTI param. on loop to higher value.
