Option 11 SSC Software

Hi
Im Not a nortel partner so im having trouble getting hold of option software levels does anyone know where you can get this apart from nortel (took me two weeks to get 22.46)

That's going to be a problem seeing as how you want release 22.46 which is End of Life. Nortel no longer has the software and its a pretty good bet you're not going to get it from them. Your best hope is finding someone with the same exact release and hope they still have the software. But that's only half of your battle. You'll still need the keycode data sheet or keycode and package info before the software is of any use to you.

find a vendor that is a partner, that's the expensive option. even if you have the software and keycodes it will not run without the patches. i don't know if you can download those from nortel either. nortel makes it very tough to use a bargin switch. i've got an 11 in the basement that i would love to use as a stand alone, but putting it back in service with a supported rls will cost almost as much as a new box, and i an a vendor and a nortel golden partner... (golden means that we had some gold, now nortel has it)

Software is not usually a problem for me, but as has been stated above, getting keycodes is a expensive issue. I maybe able to help you out on the first issue, but not the second one.
