Option 11 RJ-21 Pinout

Hello all,
I am eagerly awaiting my Option 11 system to come in the mail, and I need to know the pinout for the RJ-21 connector. I have a Digital Line Card, and I need to know which pins on the Amphenol connector correspond to what set. This is my first Meridian system.

The NT8D02AB typically uses an Amphenol 50-pin connector. Each port corresponds to a pair of pins (one for Tip, one for Ring).​

The digital line cards use the first 16 pairs. Pair 1 is TN 0 and Pair 16 is TN 15. They are in sequential order.
