option 11 restore to factory default?

I have an option 11 that I want to wipe all customer programming clean and start over. Can this be done? What are step by step instructions to do this?

easy way do do this is reload the software from a PCMCIA card with the switch software loaded. Load it as new software and select basic database - this give you the loops and configuration record and thats it

My option 11 is an older one that does not have the pcmia cards. How would I perform this action on a unit like that?
